We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Female Sales Executive to drive the adoption of our cutting-edge predictive maintenance solutions. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships within industrial sectors, and clearly articulating the value proposition of our technology to plant managers, maintenance heads, and reliability engineers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients, acting as the key point of contact for all sales-related inquiries.
  • Technical Sales & Presentation: Conduct presentations and product demonstrations (virtual or on-site) to prospective clients, emphasizing how our predictive maintenance solutions (e.g., vibration analytics, anomaly detection, IoT sensors) solve their pain points related to downtime and maintenance challenges.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities in industrial IoT and condition monitoring.
  • Sales Process & Reporting: Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage the sales pipeline, track all activities, and generate regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and alignment of solutions with client requirements.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience: Proven experience in B2B sales or a similar role, preferably within industrial sectors such as manufacturing, oil & gas, HVAC, or utilities.
  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand and explain technical products (sensors, analytics, dashboards, etc.) and knowledge of maintenance workflows and asset reliability (formal training will be provided).
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering (mechanical/electrical), or a related field is often preferred.
  • Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Drive: Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Software Proficiency: Experience using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
