Female Sales Executive

WE ARE HIRING A LADY SALES EXECUTIVE FOR OUTDOOR SALES. GOOD SALARY, COMMISSION, AND BONUS WILL BE PROVIDED

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
• Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
• Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' quota carrying sales experience
• Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
• Demonstrable track record of overachieving quota
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Personal Requirements

Self-driven and result-oriented Ability to work independently and in a team, professional conduct, and ethics Valid UAE driving license (mandatory for field sales)

Salary Structure Basic Salary: AED 2,500–5,000 (based on experience) Allowances & Benefits

Transportation allowance / company vehicle (for field sales), Mobile allowance

Visa & medical insurance as per UAE labor law.

Annual leave & air ticket as per company policy

Nationality Preference: Asian / Arab nationals preferred (based on market exposure and client communication needs)

Driving Licence: Required
