Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Salary: PKR 40,000 – 60,000 + Sales Incentives + Medical Insurance
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients to understand their property needs.
- Present and promote available real estate projects.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and property showings.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet monthly targets.
- Maintain records of client interactions and follow-ups.
- Build long-term relationships for repeat sales and referrals.
- Stay updated on market trends, prices, and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
- Freshers and candidates with 1–3 years of sales experience can apply.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in Urdu and English (Pashto is a plus).
- Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality.
