We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic Female Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader with excellent communication skills, strong analytical ability, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking and hands-on leadership to build strong client relationships, develop new business opportunities, and enhance our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Leadership:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize results.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Set clear performance goals and KPIs for the team and monitor progress.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service and support.
- Address client concerns promptly and professionally.
Market Analysis & Reporting:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales performance.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to align sales efforts.
- Participate in strategic meetings to contribute market and client insights.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager, Senior Sales Executive, or similar role.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
