Female Sales Manager (Arab)

We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic Female Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader with excellent communication skills, strong analytical ability, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking and hands-on leadership to build strong client relationships, develop new business opportunities, and enhance our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Sales Leadership:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize results.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Set clear performance goals and KPIs for the team and monitor progress.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service and support.
  • Address client concerns promptly and professionally.

Market Analysis & Reporting:

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales performance.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to align sales efforts.
  • Participate in strategic meetings to contribute market and client insights.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager, Senior Sales Executive, or similar role.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
