Job Description

We are hiring Female Sales & Marketing Executives for a 100% remote, pure sales role targeting the USA market. The position involves cold calling, inbound & outbound sales, along with market research and lead generation to build a strong sales pipeline.

This role is ideal for candidates who are confident communicators, research-oriented, and capable of closing deals independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify potential customers in the USA
• Create and maintain a database of qualified leads and prospects
• Find and verify contact information (phone numbers, emails, LinkedIn profiles)
• Perform LinkedIn and Google research to identify decision-makers
• Execute cold calling to US-based prospects
• Handle inbound & outbound sales calls professionally
• Pitch company services and close sales deals
• Follow up with leads and manage the sales pipeline
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Requirements

• Female candidates only
• Proven experience in Sales, Cold Calling, Lead Generation, or BPO/Call Center
• Strong English communication skills (US accent is a plus)
• Hands-on experience with market research and data building
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google search, and CRM tools (preferred)
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and disciplined
• Stable internet connection and laptop/PC
