Female Sales Representative

We are hiring for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join the Dubai sales team of a renowned real estate developer. This role requires a dedicated professional with excellent communication skills and a pleasing personality, to engage with clients and brokers at our sales gallery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with brokers and clients at the sales gallery, offering them a warm and professional welcome.
• Provide comprehensive briefings about the company’s real estate projects, ensuring clear and engaging communication.
• Actively listen to clients’ requirements and assist them in understanding the best options available to suit their needs.
• Encourage clients to engage in detailed conversations and help them gain in-depth knowledge about the project.
• Follow up with clients and brokers, maintaining regular coordination with the head office for updates and information.
• Ensure that all clients are provided with accurate and timely information about the development, fostering strong relationships.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills with fluency in English (additional language proficiency is a plus).
• Pleasing personality with a professional demeanor.
• Prior experience in real estate is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships quickly.
• No travel required – job is based in the sales gallery in Dubai.

Preferred:

• Female candidates are preferred ( Russians / Arabic speaker) .
• Experience in real estate sales or a related field is highly advantageous.
