Marketing and Business Development Executive (Entry-level)

Company Overview
We are a rapidly growing Digital Marketing Agency in Dubai providing SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, and Lead Generation services.
As part of our expansion, we’re hiring Business Development Executives who want to start or grow their career in digital marketing sales.

About the Role
This entry-level sales position is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.
You’ll generate leads, connect with clients, and promote our digital marketing solutions. Training and mentorship will be provided to help you meet monthly targets and advance quickly within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads for digital marketing services (SEO, Google Ads, Social Media, etc.)
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly revenue targets (AED 20,000 and above)
• Contact potential clients via phone, email, and social media platforms
• Assist in preparing proposals and marketing presentations
• Maintain CRM data and follow up on active leads
• Collaborate with senior team members to close deals
• Keep up to date with digital marketing trends and competitor offerings

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing
• Strong communication and client-handling skills
• Motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn digital marketing sales
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales goals
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: AED 3,000 – 4,000 per month (performance-based)
• 1-month training and performance review period
• Visa sponsorship after 3 months (based on performance)
