Female Sales Supervisor (Salon & Spa Supplies)

Are you passionate about the beauty industry and skilled in driving sales growth?
We’re looking for an experienced Sales Supervisor to lead our professional salon and spa product sales, focusing on premium A and B class salons and spas across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage relationships with top-tier salons and spas.
• Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Promote and sell professional haircare and hair loss treatment products.
• Conduct product demonstrations, training, and promotional activities.
• Identify new business opportunities and ensure exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in salon, spa, or professional beauty supply industry.
• Strong network with A and B class salons and spa professionals.
• Proven track record in selling haircare, scalp, or hair loss products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
