Job Role: Customer Issue Resolution Executive
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Customer Issue Resolution Executive to handle and resolve customer concerns by closely coordinating with suppliers. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, solution-focused, and able to communicate effectively with both customers and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer complaints and queries in a timely and professional manner
* Coordinate with suppliers to resolve issues related to orders, delays, damages, or product quality
* Follow up regularly with suppliers to ensure quick resolution
* Provide clear updates to customers regarding their concerns
* Maintain proper records of complaints and resolutions
* Ensure customer satisfaction while protecting company interests
* Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements
Requirements:
* Must be responsible and able to take ownership of tasks
* Strong English communication and writing skills
* Ability to coordinate effectively with suppliers and the internal team
* Good problem-solving skills
* Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple cases at once.
Job Details:

Work Timings : (11am - 7pm)
Work Days: Monday to Friday
Location: Karachi, Pakistan

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
