Female Salon Customer Service

Looking for a female customer service representative to help us manage customers and their bookings.

The person will posses below qualities to qualify for the job.

• Manage daily bookings and assign technicians & drivers efficiently
• Coordinate schedules to avoid delays and overlapping appointments
• Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp & booking platforms
• Provide excellent customer service with a polite and professional tone
• Track technician movements and ensure timely service delivery
• Resolve customer concerns and communicate updates smoothly
• Work closely with operations team to ensure smooth daily workflow
• Update Odoo / CRM system with accurate booking details

Requirements:

• Previous experience in salon, spa, or beauty home-service dispatching is a big advantage
• Strong communication skills in English
• Good knowledge of Dubai locations
• Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple bookings at once
• Basic computer skills; experience with Odoo is preferred
• Must be organized, reliable, and customer-service oriented
• Female candidates preferred (due to nature of the role.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
