Female Salon Helper (Housekeeping)

The Salon Helper plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the salon, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for clients and staff. This position involves assisting stylists and beauticians during services, preparing treatment areas, maintaining hygiene standards, and managing basic cleaning and replenishment tasks. The Salon Helper contributes to delivering an exceptional client experience through teamwork, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization across all salon areas, including workstations, treatment rooms, and reception.
• Assist stylists and technicians with setup, product preparation, and client service support.
• Ensure all tools, equipment, and towels are properly sanitized and available.
• Replenish stock and supplies as needed to support seamless operations.
• Greet and assist clients courteously, helping create a positive and professional atmosphere.
• Follow salon safety, hygiene, and quality standards at all times.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience in a salon is an advantage (not mandatory).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Good personal grooming and professional appearance.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn new skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
