Position Overview

We are looking for a Female SAP Executive (Materials Management) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of SAP MM processes and experience in handling procurement, inventory, and material management tasks. This role ensures smooth coordination between procurement, stores, and finance departments while maintaining compliance with company policies and SAP best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities in SAP MM Module including procurement, inventory control, and material master data management.
• Handle purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts, and invoice verification.
• Coordinate effectively with procurement, stores, and finance departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Prepare and maintain reports on stock levels, vendor performance, and purchasing activities.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities in line with company policies.
• Ensure compliance with SAP standards, internal policies, and audit requirements.
• Provide assistance in resolving SAP MM related issues and support system enhancements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum requirement) in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.

Experience

• Prior working knowledge/experience of SAP MM Module preferred.
• Experience in procurement and inventory processes will be an added advantage.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of SAP MM transactions and processes.
• Good analytical and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
