We are seeking motivated, experienced, and dedicated female School Coordinators to join the PECHS Chapter of The Orchid School and ensure excellence in academic operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily academic operations, with a focus on primary classes.
  • Ensure smooth delivery of the primary curriculum and uphold high academic standards.
  • Support teachers in implementing primary curricula and instructional strategies.
  • Monitor classroom performance and maintain educational quality in primary grades.
  • Coordinate assessments, academic events, and administrative tasks.
  • Foster effective communication between teachers, parents, and school management.
  • Maintain accurate academic documentation and reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a relevant subject area.
  • Strong expertise in primary education and curriculum management is highly preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Prior experience in academic coordination or school administration is an advantage.
  • Ability to multitask while upholding high academic standards.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Female candidates only.
