Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Secretary to provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, professional, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents
- Maintain filing systems (both physical and digital)
- Coordinate internal and external communications
- Assist management with daily administrative tasks
- Arrange travel, bookings, and meeting logistics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Presentable/modern looks and fluent in english/business communication
- Proven experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
