Female Secretary cum Accounts Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Female Secretary cum Accounts Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commerce or finance and possess excellent secretarial and administrative skills. This role demands proficiency in managing multiple administrative tasks while ensuring smooth financial operations within the company.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.

- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.

- File and retrieve documents and reference materials.

- Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents.

- Manage and monitor incoming emails, memos, submissions, and reports, responding or distributing to appropriate individuals as necessary.

- Arrange and coordinate meetings and events, record, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings.

- Monitor, respond to, and distribute incoming communications.

- Perform financial functions related to the collection of receivables, invoice preparation, and other basic accounting responsibilities.

- Manage office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers; maintain inventory.

- Ensure office procedures are followed and streamlined.

**Qualifications:**

- Must be a graduate in Commerce or Finance.

- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a secretary or in an administrative role in the UAE.

- In-depth knowledge of MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Strong secretarial and administrative skills combined with a proficiency in accounting.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and be flexible with work assignments.

- Knowledgeable in preparing formal letters, reports, and financial statements.

- Must be proactive, attentive to details, and capable of making decisions independently.

**Skills:**

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with all levels of staff.

- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
