Female /Secretary to VP Construction experience

Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support

  • Manage the VP’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Handle incoming communications (emails, calls, correspondence) and prioritize as needed.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, memos, and meeting minutes.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for confidential documents.

Coordination & Communication

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the VP and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental communication, especially with project managers, site engineers, and procurement.
  • Assist in preparing meeting agendas and follow-up notes.

Project & Office Support

  • Track project deadlines, deliverables, and key milestones at the direction of the VP.
  • Support preparation of tender documents, contracts, and project documentation.
  • Assist in coordinating site visits, inspections, and travel arrangements.
  • Monitor and organize project-related documentation to ensure timely flow of information.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of administrative experience, preferably in construction, engineering, or real estate.
  • Strong English communication skills (Arabic is a plus).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent tasks professionally.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of discretion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED6,000.00 per month
