We are seeking a professional, organized, and service-oriented Female Secretary/Receptionist to join our educational institution. The ideal candidate will serve as a key point of contact for students, staff, families, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming, efficient, and confidential administrative environment. Prior experience in a school or nursery setting in Qatar is essential.

Key Responsibilities

· Communicate professionally with students, staff, parents, and visitors via phone, email, or in person.

· Welcome and assist students, parents, and guests upon arrival, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.

· Provide effective administrative support to the management team, including calendar coordination and scheduling meetings with staff members.

· Maintain accurate and organized records of important documents.

· Handle sensitive and confidential documents with complete discretion and security.

· Support daily administrative operations to ensure smooth workflow within the Center.

Requirements & Qualifications

· Proven experience as an Executive Secretary, Receptionist, or in a similar administrative position.

· Mandatory experience in a School or Nursery.

· Proficiency in MS Office and back-office software such as ERP systems.

· Strong knowledge of office management procedures, basic accounting principles, and relevant technical terminology.

· Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with strong attention to detail.

· Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

· High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

· Bilingual (English/Arabic) is required.
