Female Security Guard (SIRA Certified) – Shopping Mall

Location: Dubai, UAE

We are looking for a professional, vigilant, and customer-oriented Female Security Guard to join our team for a shopping mall in Dubai. The ideal candidate must hold a valid SIRA Certificate and have excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas within the shopping mall.
• Ensure the safety and security of customers, tenants, visitors, and staff.
• Control access to restricted areas and verify identification when required.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, and security concerns.
• Monitor CCTV systems and report any suspicious activity.
• Conduct regular security inspections and patrols.
• Assist shoppers and visitors with directions and general inquiries.
• Prepare daily incident and activity reports.
• Coordinate with mall management and emergency services when necessary.
• Follow all company policies, SIRA regulations, and UAE security procedures.

Requirements:

• Valid SIRA Security Guard Certificate (Mandatory).
• Previous security experience in shopping malls, retail, commercial buildings, or hospitality is preferred.
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills.
• Physically fit and able to stand and patrol for extended periods.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
