Female Senior Purchase Executive

Job Summary:

The Senior Purchase Executive is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring materials, equipment, and services required for aluminium fabrication projects. The role involves vendor management, cost control, ensuring material quality, and timely delivery to support smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for aluminium profiles, glass, hardware, ACP sheets, sealants, and other fabrication materials.
• Review project BOQs and coordinate with the design and production teams to determine material requirements.
• Issue purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely material availability at project sites.
• Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure competitive pricing and consistent quality.
• Monitor market trends, material costs, and supplier performance.
• Maintain accurate purchase records, contracts, and vendor databases.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and quality standards.
• Coordinate with finance and stores teams for invoice verification and material stock management.
• Support management in cost optimization and procurement strategy planning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
