We are seeking a female Senior Technical Project Manager who excels in both communication and technology. This role is highly client-facing, requiring outstanding spoken and written English, as you will regularly lead technical discussions, present solutions, and act as a bridge between clients and engineering teams. Confidence and clarity in communication are critical to success in this position.

The ideal candidate brings a strong software development background along with proven experience managing complex digital projects across web, mobile, and software platforms. You should be comfortable stepping into technical discussions when needed—whether that means reviewing architecture, contributing to solution design, or participating in live coding or pair programming sessions.

This role is perfect for a proactive leader who enjoys ownership, problem-solving, and delivering measurable results through effective team and client collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of web, mobile, and software development projects
• Lead technical meetings with clients, including discovery calls, demos, and solution walkthroughs
• Translate business requirements into clear technical tasks, milestones, and delivery plans
• Actively collaborate with development teams during complex implementations or technical reviews
• Oversee Agile processes such as sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
• Ensure high standards of code quality, timelines, and client satisfaction
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, QA, and DevOps
• Identify and resolve technical challenges while mentoring and supporting team members
• Maintain technical documentation, project reports, and regular client status updates
• Monitor team performance and contribute to continuous process improvements

Technical Requirements & Experience

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in software development and technical project management
• Hands-on expertise in:
• PHP & WordPress (custom themes, plugins, WooCommerce)
• MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js)
• PERN Stack (PostgreSQL, Express, React, Node.js)
• React Native for cross-platform mobile applications
• Working knowledge of Python is a plus
• Experience with APIs, deployments, and version control systems (Git)
• Familiarity with publishing applications on Google Play Store and Apple App Store
• Proficient in tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, and CI/CD workflows
• Ability to review, write, and assess production-ready code when required
• Strong analytical thinking and technical decision-making skills

Pay: Rs130,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
