Female Social Media Assistant

We are looking for a creative and results driven Social Media Assistant to handle our presence on all social media platforms.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing social media accounts
• Strong understanding of content creation, engagement strategies, and growth techniques
• Creative thinking and ability to come up with fresh content ideas
• Good communication and writing skills
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools
• Dubai Real estate market experience

Responsibilities:

1. Meta Business Suite Management (Facebook & Instagram):

• Schedule posts and stories
• Respond to direct messages and comments
• Set up and manage ad campaigns via Ads Manager

2. Other Platforms Management:

• LinkedIn (professional branding & networking)
• TikTok / Twitter (X) for wider brand visibility
• Ensure consistency of content across all platforms

3. Google Business Account Management:

• Maintain and update company profile (address, phone, photos, links)
• Publish regular Google Posts
• Monitor and reply to customer reviews to improve ratings

4. Content Creation & Coordination:

• Write engaging and professional captions
• Collaborate with design/video teams for posts and reels
• Ensure brand consistency (Luxury, Professional, Global)

5. Analytics & Reporting:

• Track follower growth and engagement rates
• Prepare monthly performance reports
• Suggest strategy improvements based on insights

6. Advertising & Growth:

• Launch targeted advertising campaigns on Meta & Google
• Budget planning and campaign optimization (ROI-focused)
• Identify and reach the right audience (investors & property buyers)

7. Community Management:

• Actively engage with followers
• Provide fast and professional responses
• Build a loyal and active online community around the brand

8. Verification & Compliance:

• Handle account/page verification (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Ensure all content complies with platform policies and real estate advertising regulations

Salary: AED 3,000
Experience: Minimum 2 years of UAE Real Estate market experience
Office Location: Downtown, Business Bay, Dubai
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Saturday – Remote)

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
