Job Description:

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and tech-savvy Social Media & Website Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our day-to-day social media presence, updating content across platforms, and ensuring our website is always up-to-date, optimized, and aligned with our brand goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

• Plan, create, and post daily content (images, videos, stories, reels, etc.) on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow community interactions, generating leads
• Run and optimize paid ad campaigns when needed
• Track performance analytics and provide monthly reports

Website Management

• Update website content regularly (text, images, blog posts, banners, etc.)
• Manage product/service listings and ensure all links and pages function properly
• Collaborate with developers or use CMS tools (like WordPress, Shopify, etc.) to maintain the website
• Optimize content for SEO and user experience

Other Duties

• Coordinate with design, marketing, and sales teams for content and promotions
• Handle basic email marketing or newsletters if needed
• Assist in digital campaigns or launches
• Keep up with digital trends and recommend improvements

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing social media accounts for brands
• Familiarity with platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or Squarespace
• Strong communication and content writing skills
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe tools, etc.)
• Knowledge of SEO and social media algorithms
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• A self-starter who can work independently

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus):

• Experience with tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, or Google Analytics
• Video editing or motion graphics experience
• Prior experience in eCommerce or service-based businesses

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
