Female Social Media Marketing with Admin Background (Tagalog/Arabic Speakers Required)

Administrative & Office Support

 Manage daily administrative operations to support smooth office workflow.

 Handle email correspondence, phone calls, and document preparation.

 Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems (digital and physical).

 Prepare reports, presentations, invoices, and internal documentation.

 Assist with HR-related tasks including employee records, attendance, leave tracking, and onboarding documents.

 Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for management.

 Handle travel arrangements, bookings, and itineraries when required.

 Monitor office supplies and coordinate with vendors and service providers.

 Follow up on approvals, payments, contracts, and pending administrative matters.

 Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies and procedures.

 Provide general administrative and ad-hoc support as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

 Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and campaign execution.

 Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Google Analytics).

 Strong creative skills, including graphic design and video editing (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark).

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional tone and strong attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
