Administrative & Office Support
Manage daily administrative operations to support smooth office workflow.
Handle email correspondence, phone calls, and document preparation.
Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems (digital and physical).
Prepare reports, presentations, invoices, and internal documentation.
Assist with HR-related tasks including employee records, attendance, leave tracking, and onboarding documents.
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for management.
Handle travel arrangements, bookings, and itineraries when required.
Monitor office supplies and coordinate with vendors and service providers.
Follow up on approvals, payments, contracts, and pending administrative matters.
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Provide general administrative and ad-hoc support as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and campaign execution.
Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Google Analytics).
Strong creative skills, including graphic design and video editing (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional tone and strong attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
