Job Summary

The Spa Therapist will be responsible for delivering high-quality spa therapies and wellness treatments to guests, ensuring their complete comfort, satisfaction, and well-being. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical skills, excellent communication, and a professional, service-oriented attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of spa therapies such as body massages, body scrubs, facials, and other wellness treatments as trained and assigned.
• Greet guests warmly and provide a professional, personalized experience.
• Understand guests’ needs and recommend suitable therapies or treatments.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the therapy rooms and spa areas at all times.
• Uphold all service protocols, standards, and company policies.
• Support membership sales and client retention by encouraging repeat visits.
• Manage treatment schedules efficiently to maximize productivity.
• Ensure client confidentiality and maintain accurate guest records.
• Assist with spa promotions, events, and product recommendations when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or certification in Spa Therapy, Ayurveda, Beauty, or Wellness.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a reputed spa or wellness center.
• Strong understanding of various massage techniques and spa therapies.
• Excellent grooming, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and focus on guest satisfaction.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

Pay: ₹10,600.36 - ₹33,070.42 per month
