Female staff nurse

Role Overview

The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in accordance with hospital policies, professional standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and nursing support as per clinical protocols
• Monitor patient condition, vital signs, and report changes to the medical team
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records
• Assist doctors during medical procedures and emergencies
• Ensure compliance with infection control and patient safety standards
• Educate patients and attendants on care plans and post-treatment instructions

Qualification & Experience RequirementsEducational Qualification

• B.Sc Nursing: 3–10 years of relevant nursing experience
• OR
• GNM (General Nursing & Midwifery): 4–12 years of relevant nursing experience Licensing & Eligibility
• Must have Oman DataFlow completed
• Must have Prometric passed
• Ready to join immediately

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RO300.000 - RO400.000 per month
