Position Overview

ZMT Clinic is looking for a Female Nurse – Daycare (Clinical Practice) to join our expanding healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be a competent and compassionate nursing professional responsible for providing direct patient care, assisting with daycare clinical procedures, and maintaining high standards of nursing practice. This position offers valuable hands-on clinical experience while supporting ZMT’s community-centered healthcare mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and high-quality nursing care to patients in the daycare unit under the supervision of senior nurses and physicians.
• Assist with wound care, dressing changes, IV cannulation, and administration of injectable medications.
• Perform phlebotomy and collect laboratory specimens, including blood and urine samples.
• Monitor, record, and report patient vital signs and clinical conditions, promptly communicating any changes to the healthcare provider.
• Prepare, clean, and maintain treatment and procedure areas in accordance with infection prevention and safety standards.
• Assist physicians and senior staff during minor clinical procedures and patient assessments.
• Educate patients and their families on care instructions, discharge plans, and home-based treatment where applicable.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and timely patient records and nursing documentation.
• Work collaboratively with medical, nursing, and support staff to ensure coordinated and efficient patient care.
• Uphold ZMT’s values of compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered service delivery.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support clinic and daycare operations.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Nursing with valid Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC) registration
• Experience: 1–3 years of clinical nursing experience; daycare, outpatient, or primary care experience preferred
• Age Limit: Up to 35 years
