Position Overview
ZMT Clinic is seeking a Female Nurse – Daycare (Clinical Practice) to join our growing healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be a skilled and empathetic nursing professional responsible for delivering direct patient care, supporting daycare clinical procedures, and maintaining high standards of nursing practice. The role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on clinical experience while contributing to ZMT’s mission of community-focused healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality nursing care to patients in the daycare unit under the supervision of senior nursing staff and physicians.
- Assist in wound care, dressing changes, IV cannulation, and injectable therapies.
- Perform phlebotomy and collect specimens (e.g., blood, urine) for laboratory testing.
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and clinical status, promptly reporting any changes to the provider.
- Prepare and maintain treatment areas, ensuring adherence to infection control and safety protocols.
- Support patient assessments and assist in minor clinical procedures.
- Educate patients and families on care instructions, discharge plans, and home-based treatment.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and support staff to ensure smooth patient flow and coordinated care.
- Uphold ZMT’s standards of compassionate, patient-centered service delivery.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support clinic operations.
Qualifications
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Nursing with valid Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC) registration.
- Experience: 1–3 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in a daycare, outpatient, or primary care setting.
- Age: Up to 35 years.
