We're looking for an enthusiastic female STEM trainer to lead hands-on robotics sessions for kids aged 4 to 8 at our after-school program in Doha. Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate robotics lessons that are fun, hands-on, and curriculum-aligned
- Conduct sessions twice a week in a safe, supportive classroom environment
- Prepare teaching materials and manage classroom resources and robotics kits
- Track each student's progress and celebrate their learning milestones
- Communicate regularly with the program coordinator and parents on student development
Requirements
- Female candidates only
- Bachelor's degree in STEM, Education, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience teaching or training children in robotics, coding, or STEM is a strong advantage
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Genuine passion for working with young children and inspiring curiosity
