Female STEM Trainer (Robotics – Kids After-School Program, Part-Time)

Do you love working with young children and want to inspire the next generation of problem-solvers? We're looking for an enthusiastic female STEM trainer to lead hands-on robotics sessions for kids aged 4 to 8 at our after-school program in Doha. If you're creative, patient, and excited about technology education, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate robotics lessons that are fun, hands-on, and curriculum-aligned
• Conduct sessions twice a week in a safe, supportive classroom environment
• Prepare teaching materials and manage classroom resources and robotics kits
• Track each student's progress and celebrate their learning milestones
• Communicate regularly with the program coordinator and parents on student development

Requirements

• Female candidates only
• Bachelor's degree in STEM, Education, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience teaching or training children in robotics, coding, or STEM is a strong advantage
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Genuine passion for working with young children and inspiring curiosity
