Job Description

Emrays Pakistan, a leading name in Pharmaceutical Indenting, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Female Supply Chain Officer to join our growing team. This is an entry-level position designed for a fresh graduate looking to build a career in international trade, logistics, and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities

• Shipment Management: Efficiently track and coordinate inbound/outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Documentation: Prepare and manage essential import/export documentation (LCs, GDs, BLs, etc.).
• Coordination: Maintain proactive communication with customers, clearing agents, and internal teams for smooth operations.
• Follow-ups: Monitor logistics timelines and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all supply chain activities using MS Office.

Requirements

• Education: Fresh Graduate (BBA/BS) in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel and Outlook).
• Soft Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a highly organized approach to multitasking.

Work Schedule & Benefits

• Timings: Monday – Friday (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM) | Alternate Saturdays.
• Salary: PKR 45,000 – 50,000 (Based on interview performance).
• Environment: Professional corporate office in Karachi.
