Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support to clients via calls, emails, and chat in fluent English

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software, system, and application issues

Explain technical solutions clearly to non-technical clients

Escalate complex issues to development or infrastructure teams when required

Maintain detailed documentation of issues, solutions, and follow-ups

Monitor systems and proactively identify potential technical problems

Ensure timely resolution of support tickets while meeting SLAs and KPIs

Build strong client relationships through professional communication

Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality standards
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

1–2 years of experience in Technical Support, IT Support, or Helpdesk roles

Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills

Excellent spoken and written English communication

Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users

Customer-focused attitude with strong attention to detail

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Experience with ticketing systems and support documentation is a plus
