Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele-Caller to join our real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments for property consultants. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided databases
- Generate and qualify leads for property buying and selling
- Schedule appointments for the sales team with interested clients
- Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with prospects
- Understand client requirements and match them with suitable property options
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and lead generation targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 0-6 months of tele-calling or telesales experience (real estate preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (additional languages like Hindi/Arabic are a plus)
- Basic knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is an advantage
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
- Target-driven with a positive attitude
