- Make outbound calls to existing customers to remind them of service appointments, follow-ups, or feedback collection.
- Answer incoming calls from customers regarding service-related inquiries, complaints, or assistance.
- Provide detailed information about service offerings, costs, and processes.
- Book and confirm service appointments for customers.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth scheduling and avoid overlaps.
- Follow up with customers post-service to collect feedback and ensure satisfaction.
- Address unresolved issues by escalating them to the appropriate departments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Polite and customer-focused attitude.
- Proficiency in local languages and English/Hindi (depending on the region).
- Basic computer knowledge for data entry and CRM software usage.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask effectively.
