Job Title: Female Tele sales Representative (Logistics, Shipping, and Freight Forwarding)
Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Tele sales Representative. The ideal candidate will have experience in both customer service and tele sales, preferably within the logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding industry. This role will involve providing exceptional service to our clients, handling inquiries and concerns, as well as actively engaging in telesales activities to promote our services and generate new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our company's services and offerings.
Identifying and qualify sales leads through effective questioning and active listening.
Present persuasive sales pitches to prospects, highlighting the benefits and value of our logistics solutions.
Follow up on leads and inquiries to nurture relationships and close sales opportunities.
Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by management.
Relationship Management:
Cultivate long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to existing customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions in the CRM system.
Market Research and Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive offerings.
Conduct market research to identify potential target markets and customer segments.
Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Qualifications:
Previous 2-3 years of experience in customer service and tele sales roles, preferably within the logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding industry.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and effectively.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.
Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management concepts is preferred.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, logistics, or a related field is a plus.
