Female Telecaller (Call Center Experienced)

Luxury Estates is seeking a motivated and professional Female Telecaller with prior call center experience to join our sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly and persuasive tone, and the ability to handle client inquiries efficiently.

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on inquiries
• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries professionally
• Maintain and update client databases and records
• Schedule appointments for the sales team
• Promote company services and generate leads
• Handle customer feedback and provide accurate information
• Maintain a professional and courteous manner at all times

Requirements

• Must have prior call center or telecalling experience
• Excellent spoken and written English; Arabic is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented, polite, and professional
• Ability to handle multiple calls and tasks efficiently
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
• Must be currently based in Qatar with valid residency
