Female Telecaller (PH-AFR)

M N R Real Estate L.L.C. is looking for an experienced and confident Telecaller / Telesales to join our real estate team in Dubai.

The selected candidate will be directly assigned to one real estate agent only and will be responsible for supporting that agent with client calls, lead follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and daily coordination.

The ideal candidate should have prior UAE experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or real estate lead handling. This role requires strong communication skills, consistent follow-up, and the ability to speak with clients professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Report directly to one assigned real estate agent
• Call potential clients and follow up on real estate inquiries
• Qualify leads and understand client requirements
• Schedule viewings and appointments for the assigned agent
• Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups
• Follow up with existing client database and new inquiries
• Coordinate daily with the assigned agent regarding lead status
• Handle client communication in a professional manner
• Support the assigned agent in generating qualified appointments

Requirements

• Prior UAE experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or real estate lead handling is required
• Real estate experience is preferred
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Comfortable making outbound calls on a daily basis
• Must be organized, confident, and target-driven
• Female candidates are encouraged to apply
• Candidates on own visa are preferred
• Urdu/Hindi speaking candidates are preferred
• Must be available to join immediately
