Female Telecaller – Real Estate Telesales (English & Hindi Speaker)

VAU Real Estates is a leading property consultancy firm specializing in premium residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a female telecaller with strong communication skills in English and Hindi and proven experience in real estate telesales to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and convert leads into qualified prospects.
• Explain project details, pricing, and offers clearly and confidently in both English and Hindi.
• Follow up with clients to maintain interest and close deals.
• Schedule property visits and coordinate with the sales team.
• Maintain accurate client databases and call logs.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only
• Fluent in English and Hindi
• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate telesales or property consulting
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Confident, result-oriented, and self-motivated
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM tools, MS Office, etc.)
