We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Telesales & Customer Care Agent to handle inbound and outbound calls, promote dermatology and aesthetic services, and ensure excellent patient experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales ability, and customer service experience within a clinic or similar environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, and online inquiries professionally
- Promote dermatology, laser, and aesthetic treatments to potential and existing clients
- Convert leads into confirmed appointments and achieve monthly sales targets
- Follow up with leads, missed appointments, and inactive clients
- Provide accurate information about services, packages, and promotions
- Schedule, reschedule, and manage appointments in the system
- Maintain client records and update CRM system regularly
- Handle complaints and ensure quick resolution with a positive approach
- Coordinate with clinic team for smooth patient flow and service delivery
- Upsell and cross-sell clinic services and packages
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telesales or customer service (clinic/aesthetic experience preferred)
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask efficiently
- Target-oriented with a positive and energetic attitude
- Basic computer skills and experience using CRM systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in dermatology or aesthetic clinic
- Knowledge of skincare treatments and laser services
Pay: QAR4,500.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
