Female- Telesales Executive - SDBL Logistics Solutions (Karachi)

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and motivated Telesales Executive to generate leads and connect with businesses requiring logistics, freight, courier, and supply chain solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales confidence, and the ability to build long-term client relationships over calls and WhatsApp.

Responsibilities

* Make outbound sales calls to potential clients

* Introduce company logistics and freight services to businesses

* Generate and qualify leads

* Follow up with existing and potential customers

* Maintain client records and sales updates

* Coordinate with operations team regarding client requirements

* Handle inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and email

* Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets

* Build relationships with e-commerce sellers, importers, and business owners

Requirements

* Excellent communication and persuasion skills

* Fluent in Urdu and basic English

* Prior telesales or customer dealing experience preferred

* Confidence in cold calling and follow-ups

* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and WhatsApp Business

* Ability to work independently and meet targets

Preferred Candidates

* Experience in logistics, courier, freight forwarding, or sales

* Experience dealing with e-commerce businesses or importers

Pay: From Rs1.00 per month

Work Location: In person
