• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
• Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions or recommendations.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Update customer information and interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Follow up on leads, quotations, and past customers to maximize conversion rates.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude while handling objections or complaints.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, pricing, and promotional offers.
