Female travel agent (Arabic Speaker)

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Female Travel Agent (Arabic Speaker) to join our growing team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, excellent customer service skills, and strong knowledge of travel booking systems. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in planning, booking, and organizing domestic and international travel.
• Provide recommendations on travel routes, transportation, accommodation, and activities based on client preferences and budgets.
• Issue flight tickets, hotel reservations, holiday packages, and travel insurance.
• Handle changes, cancellations, and special travel requests.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa regulations, travel advisories, and airline policies.
• Communicate clearly with clients in Arabic and English.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only (as per business requirement).
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a travel agency or similar role.
• Proficiency in GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is highly preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of popular travel destinations and tourism trends.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
