Key Responsibilities:
- Handle flight bookings, ticketing, and travel itineraries for clients.
- Communicate professionally with UK-based and international customers via calls, emails, and chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding destinations, travel options, and visa requirements.
- Maintain customer satisfaction through prompt and courteous service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business.
- Coordinate with airlines, tour operators, and partners for best deals.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in the travel and tourism industry.
- Language Skills: Excellent English communication (spoken & written) is a must.
- Gender: Female only.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in evening hours (3 PM – 11 PM).
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with travel booking software (e.g., Galileo, Amadeus, or Sabre) will be a plus.
