We are looking for female GOV (Typist)

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

Trade & Business Licenses

  • Handle the issuance, renewal, amendment, and cancellation of the company’s trade licenses.
  • Obtain and renew real estate brokerage licenses for both the company and employees.
  • Ensure full compliance with all requirements set by DMT, ADDED, ADREC, ADGM, RA, Free Zones, etc.

Vehicle & Fleet Administration

  • Handle complete administration for company vehicles, including registration, insurance renewal, parking permits, Salik, and advertising permits.
  • Handle all traffic fines and penalties, monitor, report, and process payments with the finance department.
  • Maintain detailed logs and monthly reports on vehicle renewals, fines, and insurance status.

Employee & HR Documentation (ADGM)

  • Handle all employee-related processes within ADGM (visas, renewals, cancellations, employment contracts, access passes).
  • Coordinate with HR and management to maintain accurate employee profiles within the ADGM system.

Property & Tenancy Management

  • Manage all tenancy contract registrations, renewals, amendments, and cancellations through Dari and ADGM Tawtheeq systems.
  • Coordinate with the leasing and property management departments to ensure accurate and up-to-date tenancy records.

Health Insurance Management

  • Oversee the end-to-end management of employee health insurance, including policy issuance, renewal, and maintenance.
  • Coordinate with providers and HR to ensure comprehensive coverage that complies with UAE regulations.

Safety & Security Compliance

  • Process all Civil Defense applications, renewals, and approvals & maintain valid certificates for all locations.
  • Handle all applications and renewals for security permits and access approvals (e.g., National Guard).

Specialized Operations (Drones)

  • Manage all applications for drone registration, aerial photography, and flight permits with GCAA, MOD, etc.
  • Secure and maintain all necessary pre-operational security clearances and approvals.
  • Maintain detailed records of all drones, flight approvals, renewals, and related correspondence.

Government Relations & Master Tracking

  • Maintain active communication with all government entities (MOHRE, ADGM, DMT, RTA, TAMM, Civil Defense).
  • Systematically track expiry dates of all official documents to ensure timely renewals.
  • Regularly update HR and management with new governmental laws, procedures, or system changes.
  • Update government systems and internal trackers daily with accurate information and progress status.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to supervisors on application statuses and overall progress.

Education and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in public relations, Communications, or related field
  • Excellent knowledge of UAE government online portals and processes
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain accurate electronic records and databases.
  • Good understanding of labor and immigration regulations
  • Proficient in digital documentation and tracking systems.
  • Strong follow-up and time management abilities

Work Experience

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in government relations or corporate communications
  • Proven experience with online government submission systems
