Female Upwork Bidder - Night Shift

We are hiring – Female Upwork Bidder (Night Shift)
Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi
Shift Timing: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM

Turn Up Technologies is looking for a Female Upwork Bidder who is comfortable working in night shifts.

Job Responsibilities:

• Write effective proposals tailored to client requirements
• Maintain communication with clients to understand project scopes
• Follow up on proposals to convert leads into projects
• Collaborate with the business development team to meet targets
• Proven experience in Upwork bidding or online freelancing platforms (preferred).
• Understanding of IT services (Web Development, Mobile Apps, Marketing, Design).
• Excellent negotiation and client-handling abilities.
• Ability to meet monthly sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Basic understanding of IT services and project scopes
• Prior experience in online bidding (preferred but not mandatory)
• Must be punctual, professional, and proactive

Note: Only apply if you are comfortable with the night shift (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
