We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and organized Female Video Editor & Executive Assistant to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing engaging video content and providing executive-level support to management. This hybrid role requires a combination of video editing expertise and administrative coordination skills to assist in managing schedules, content creation, and communication tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities: Video Editing & Media Management:
- Edit and produce high-quality videos for marketing, social media, internal communications, and branding purposes.
- Add transitions, subtitles, animations, and visual effects to enhance video appeal.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with branding and campaign goals.
- Manage and organize media files, ensuring efficient content storage and retrieval.
- Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, techniques, and tools.
Executive Assistance & Administrative Support:
- Assist senior management with daily administrative and operational tasks.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize virtual calls or presentations.
- Draft and manage emails, memos, and reports on behalf of the executive.
- Coordinate with different departments for project updates and deliverables.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Video Editor and/or Executive Assistant (minimum 1 year).
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Canva, or similar editing tools.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines while working remotely.
- Professional attitude with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- High level of confidentiality and integrity.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in social media video production and digital marketing content creation.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools and branding concepts.
- Previous experience working with executives or in a startup/creative environment.
Job Timings : 5pm to 2 am or (it can vary depending on the job and project nature)*
