Female Virtual Assistant – On-Site (Applications Accepted from Lahore Residents Only)

We are looking for energetic and motivated female graduates to join our medical office in 307F Johar Town, Lahore, as Virtual Medical Assistants supporting physicians in the United States.

Important Note:

• MBBS candidates, please do not apply.
• This is an in-person job, not remote.
• Fixed office timing is mentioned below.

Qualifications Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy (B.Pharm/PharmD), Physiotherapy, Public Health, Health Information Management, Medical Coding, or other allied health/life sciences fields relevant to virtual medical assistance.

• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Good computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly

Training & Role:

• Structured training in U.S. healthcare systems
• Work directly with physicians in various specialties

Responsibilities:

• Assist with patient care
• Manage clinical documentation
• Support virtual workflow management

Job Details:

• Type: On-site (307F Johar Town, Lahore) – Female candidates only
• Shift: Evening | Fixed timing: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM
• Transport: Drop-off service available for female employees (3–4 km from the office)
• Meals: Provided at the workplace
