Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and well-spoken Female Visa Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist clients in visa application processes for countries [e.g., Canada, UK, Ireland, USA, Australia, Schengen, etc.]. While experience is preferred, freshers with excellent communication skills and a background in sales or customer service are encouraged to apply.

This is a client-facing role requiring strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide accurate information and guidance to clients regarding various visa categories (student, tourist, work, dependent, etc.).

Understand client requirements and suggest the most suitable visa or immigration options.

Assist clients in completing visa applications and ensure submission of correct documentation.

Follow up with clients regularly and maintain clear communication throughout the visa process.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration policies, embassy requirements, and visa regulations.

Achieve monthly targets related to client conversion or consultations.

Attend training sessions to stay informed on visa processes and updates.

Coordinate with internal teams, documentation officers, and embassy/consulate contacts when needed.

Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

Female candidates only (as per role requirements).

Freshers can apply – training will be provided.

Minimum Education required is Intermediate or equivalent.

Good verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in other regional languages is a plus.

Background in sales, customer service, counseling, or telecalling is highly preferred.

Confident, presentable, and able to handle client interactions with professionalism.

Basic knowledge of Computer and digital tools (WhatsApp, Google Sheets etc.).

Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic, client-facing environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in visa consulting, travel agency, or educational consultancy (for experienced applicants).

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

Team player with a positive attitude.
