Senior Immigration Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Immigration/Visa Consultant to lead and manage complex immigration and visa cases for individual and corporate clients. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of immigration laws, policies, and procedures across multiple jurisdictions and provide expert guidance to clients throughout the entire visa application lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on suitable visa and immigration options based on eligibility, compliance, and desired outcomes.
• Manage and process complex immigration cases including work permits, permanent residency, skilled migration, student visas, family reunification, and business/investor visas.
• Prepare, review, and submit accurate applications and supporting documentation to immigration authorities and government departments.
• Liaise with clients, government agencies, embassies, and legal stakeholders to ensure smooth processing and timely updates.
• Stay up to date with changes in immigration laws, policies, and best practices, and communicate updates internally and externally.
• Provide mentorship and supervision to junior consultants or caseworkers.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase case efficiency and compliance.
• Maintain accurate records and case files in accordance with legal and ethical obligations.
• Participate in client consultations, business development, and proposal writing for corporate clients.
• Conduct training sessions, webinars, or presentations on immigration topics for clients and internal teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in immigration consulting, legal services, or a related field.
• Proven track record handling complex visa applications and immigration processes.
• Excellent understanding of immigration regulations in [country/countries of focus, e.g., Canada, USA, Australia, UK, Schengen].
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational and case management skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple cases with competing deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
