Females - Registered Nurses/Assistant Nurse

Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse/ Assistant Nurse to support our Doctor On Call services. The nurse will assist physicians during patient site visits, perform essential clinical tasks, and help deliver high-quality care in mobile healthcare settings. Ideal candidates are adaptable, patient-focused, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities:

• Assist doctors during on-site patient consultations at various locations.
• Perform preliminary patient assessments, including vital signs and medical history.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Support physicians during minor procedures and ensure infection control practices.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Educate patients and caregivers regarding medications, aftercare, and follow-up plans.
• Ensure preparedness of medical kits and adherence to clinical protocols.
• Uphold patient privacy, safety, and professional standards at all times.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
• Valid DHA License or Eligibility Letter (RN or Assistant Nurse).
• Minimum 1 years of clinical experience.
• Strong communication and clinical assessment skills.
• Fluent in English and Hindi.
• Freshers in UAE are welcome (with DHA eligibility).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in mobile healthcare, outreach nursing, or community-based care.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Work Schedule & Transportation:

• 12-hour rotational shifts (Day and Night).
• Transportation provided from the office to patient visit locations and back.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
