Overview

We are seeking experienced Deck Builders / Deck Installers to join our growing team. We are looking for dependable individuals with experience in deck construction, framing, demolition, repairs, and finish work. Candidates should be able to work efficiently, follow plans, and produce high-quality workmanship. Immediate work is available for the right applicants.

Start Date

Responsibilities

• Build new wood and composite decks
• Perform deck repairs and deck replacements
• Install deck framing, beams, posts, joists, and decking
• Install stairs, railings, skirting, and trim
• Read and follow plans, layouts, and measurements
• Safely operate hand tools and power tools
• Perform demolition and removal of existing deck materials as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Work efficiently as part of a team

Requirements

• Proven deck building or carpentry experience required
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform accurate layout work
• Experience with framing and structural components
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Must bring your own basic tools
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

Preferred Skills

• Fence installation experience
• General carpentry experience
• Roofing experience
• Concrete and footings experience
• Landscaping or hardscaping experience
• Equipment operation experience
