Fence Foreman

We are looking for a person who is motivated and can come in with a FORMAN to SUPERVISOR level of experience and help run our team to build and install various types and sizes of different jobs with upmost standards in quality, safety and speed. Duties of a Forman include digging and setting of post, Welding, Frame and stretch chain link, ETC. MUST have equipment experience and a drivers license . If you have previous experience in fence installation, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, a successful Forman will have experience in;

Any and all types of Fence installation

Steel

Concrete setting posts

Welding/Fabrication

Forklift/skid steer/excavator operator

Pay will depend on experience, STARTING PAY ranges from $22-$28/Hr.

We also have federal prevailing wage jobs MUST be able to pass background check (must be willing to travel (3 -4nights a week)

We also install wrought iron all the way up to structural steel. Must be able to weld framework and or panels. Fabricating and erecting steel. The ideal candidate should have welding certification,

We are looking for Forman. someone who can hit the ground running. This add is not posted for the guy strait out of highschool and no work experience. We have someone apply for helper position every other day and we will hire and train, but thats not what have this ad posted for.

Schedule:

4 -10 hour days Monday -Thursday (Typically)
